The Centre is very proud of it's continuous programme of art classes available to both members and non-members. The annual Education Programme is divided into four 8 week terms which coincide with the local school terms. Special children's holiday programmes are run during the school holiday breaks.
Top artists and tutors are employed to teach day and evening courses in the Centre's well equipped studios. MAC also provides after school classes for children covering a wide range of art and craft subjects. The Centre also holds weekend workshops - one off intensive art classes that take place on one or both days of the weekend.
The Centre's tutors regularly exhibit in conjunction with "Meet the Tutor" evening that enables prospective students to see the work of the tutors, hear from them about their philosophy and style, before deciding to take a course or workshop.
A number of untutored classes are also available to those members who wish to work with others on a variety of topics in a variety of ways.

The Centre reserves the right to cancel classes if the minimum number of students is not obtained. If a class cancellation is necessary you will be notified at least 4 days in advance, and all fees will be refunded in full.
Requests for refunds or transfers must be made at least 4 days before the class/workshop commencement date.
In order to ensure viability of classes and in fairness to others refunds an transfers cannot be given:
1. Within 4 days of the class/workshop commencement date
2. After a class has started
3. If the enrolment was received less than 4 days prior to the class/workshop commencement date.
Bookings can only be processed for the current term and fees cannot be transferred to future terms.
