Mairangi Arts Centre reopens on Monday 8 March. Please note, under Alert level 2 guidelines provided by the Ministry of Health and Auckland Council the key requirements during Alert Level 2 for anyone onsite during public hours must:

- Be well. If you are sick or symptomatic, you may not enter the premises

- Use the COVID-19 Tracer App to access the premises

- Use physical distancing of at least 2 metres between individuals / groups & keep 1 metre apart when seated during classes

- Wash hands, regularly and well; or use hand sanitiser provided

- Wear a mask: this is not mandatory, but it is strongly encouraged.


The MAC staff will be working remotely during our normal weekday hours of 9:30am- 4:00pm and can be reached at 


Mairangi Arts Centre is a vibrant, community based visual arts education facility and exhibition venue.

Our mission is to educate and foster growth in the creative arts by providing access to and participation in the arts for all.

You will find our office, gallery and art studios at 20 Hastings Road close to Mairangi Bay Village.
